Companion Diagnostics

Use our assays to predict drug response based on the presence of a G1/S deficit (cellular or lymphocyte test) and particular genetic mutations (genetic tests).

Develop companion diagnostics by using our tests as patient-drug selection assays to predict patients’ responses to AD drugs. Drug selection can be personalized according to G1/S deficits measured by our lymphocyte test and genetic tests together, or by refinement of our lymphocyte test alone. Companion diagnostics might also be used to expand indications to include presymptomatic (MCI) patients with G1/S cell cycle deficits.
